Amend Amendment No. 16 to CSSB 1 (house committee printing) by Walle (page 22 of the prefiled amendment packet) as follows:
(1) On line 5 of the amendment, between "State" and "Debt", insert "and Local".
(2) On line 7 of the amendment, between "state" and "debt", insert "and local".
(3) Strike lines 9-10 of the amendment and substitute the following:
report to the public by posting on the comptroller's Internet website a continuously updated debt clock that reflects the current amount of state debt, a continuously updated debt clock that reflects the current amount of local debt, and a continuously updated debt clock that reflects the current amount of state and local debt.
