Amend CSSB 1 (house committee printing) as follows:

(1)  Under the Article XI appropriations to the Historical Commission (page XI-2), add the following appropriately numbered rider:

____. Courthouse Preservation. In addition to other amounts appropriated by this Act to the Historical Commission for the purposes of Strategy A.1.3, Courthouse Preservation, the amount of $____ is appropriated out of the general revenue fund for the state fiscal year ending August 31, 2014, and the amount of $____ is appropriated out of the general revenue fund for the state fiscal year ending August 31, 2015, to the commission for those purposes.

(2)  Adjust the Article I Subtotal (page XI-3) accordingly.
