Amend CSSB 1 (house committee printing) as follows:
(1) Under the Article XI appropriations to the Department of Transportation (page XI-11), add the following appropriately numbered rider:
____. Port Development Projects. In addition to amounts otherwise appropriated by this Act for that purpose, the amount of $10,000,000 is appropriated from the general revenue fund to the Department of Transportation for each year of the state fiscal biennium beginning September 1, 2013, for the purpose of funding port development projects and activities authorized by Chapter 55, Transportation Code.
(2) Adjust the article totals and methods of financing accordingly.
