Amend CSSB 1 by adding the following:

Under the Article XI: Contingent on the passage of HB 500 or similar legislation enacted by the 83rd Legislature, allocate: The amount of $____ is appropriated out of the general revenue fund for the state fiscal year ending August 31, 2014, and the amount of $____ is appropriated out of the general revenue fund for the state fiscal year ending August 31, 2015, to the fund HB 500 for those purposes.
