Amend CSSB 1 in Article XI of the bill adding the following appropriately numbered rider:
____. Contingency for HB 1689. Contingent on passage of HB 1689, or similar legislation authorizing pay-for-performance bonds, $2,000,000 per year is appropriated to the Comptroller of Public Accounts for pay-for-performance bonds.
