Amend CSSB 1, by adding the following language in ART. XI:
____. Guardianship Program. In addition to funds appropriated elsewhere in this Act to the Health and Human Services Commission, appropriations are increased in Strategy A.1.1, Enterprise Oversight and Policy, by $750,000 in fiscal year 2014 and $750,000 in fiscal year 2015 out of General Revenue-Dedicated Fund Account 5109, Medicaid Recovery 42 U.S.C. § 1396P, for the purposes of the guardianship program at the Health and Human Services Commission.
