Amend CSSB 1, by adding the following language into Article XI:

____. Appropriations for Oil and Gas Infrastructure Assessments. Out of the amounts appropriated above in A.1.5 Strategy: Federal Tax Credits, $1,500,000 in fiscal year 2014 and $1,500,000 in 2015 are hereby appropriated for the purpose of stimulating non-profit and private sector investment in building or rehabilitating housing within the Eagle Ford Shale region.
