Amend CSSB 1, on page II-32 of the Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services bill pattern by adding the following appropriately numbered amendment:
____. Expansion of Autism Services. Out of funds appropriated above in Strategy 1.3.1, Autism Program, the Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services shall allocate $2 million in General Revenue Funds for the 2014-15 biennium only for the purpose of expanding the Autism program to include the Far West Texas/El Paso region.
