____. Student Testing Program Outreach. Out of the funds appropriated above in Strategy B.1.1, Assessment & Accountability System, the Texas Education Agency shall provide outreach efforts to educate a parent or guardian of a student on preparing the student for the administration of assessment instruments. The information provided to a parent or guardian under this rider must be available in Spanish.
