Amend CSSB 149 (Senate Committee Printing) in SECTION 20 of the bill, strike added Subsection (c) and add new Subsection (c) to read:
(c) The records of the institute and of a nonprofit organization established to provide support to the institute shall be made available to the public. A record that is available under this subsection is public information subject to Chapter 552, Government Code.
