Amend CSSB 149 (senate committee printing) as follows:
(1) In the recital to SECTION 20 of the bill (page 11, line 24), strike "Subsection (c) and substitute "Subsections (c) and (d)".
(2) In SECTION 20 of the bill, in added Section 102.262, Health and Safety Code, immediately following Subsection (c) (page 11, between lines 32 and 33), insert the following:
(d) The institute shall post the records described by Subsection (c) on the institute's Internet website. The information posted on the website must include each donor's name and the amount and date of the donation.
