Amend CSSB 149 (senate committee report) as follows:

(1)  Immediately following SECTION 15 of the bill (page 8, between lines 68 and 69), insert the following:

SECTION 16.  Section 102.203(e), Health and Safety Code, is amended to read as follows:

(e)  Not less [more] than 10 percent of the money awarded under this subchapter each year must [may] be used for cancer prevention and control programs [during any year].

(2)  Renumber subsequent SECTIONS of the bill accordingly.
