Amend CSSB 215 (senate committee printing) in SECTION 15 of the bill as follows:
(1) In amended Section 61.0512(b), Education Code (page 7, lines 17 through 19), strike "secure preliminary approval from [college or university shall notify] the board to carry out that planning" and substitute "[college or university shall] notify the board before the institution may carry out that planning".
(2) In added Section 61.0512(c), Education Code (page 7, line 23), strike "begins preliminary planning for" and substitute "requests to implement".
