Amend SB 346 (house committee report) as follows:

(1) On page 1, line 21, strike "$25,000" and substitute "$200,000".

(2) On page 3, line 2, strike "$1,000" and substitute "$5,000".

(3) On page 3, line 4, strike "$25,000" and substitute "$200,000".
