(1) Strike page 1, line 14, through page 2, line 9.
(2) On page 2, strike lines 10 and 11, and substitute the following:
SECTION 3. Section 39.027(a-2), Education Code, as added by this Act, applies
(3) Renumber SECTIONS of the bill appropriately.
