Amend SB 644 (senate engrossed version) as follows:
(1) On page 2, strike lines 13 through 16.
(2) On page 2, line 17, strike "(d)" and substitute "(c)".
(3) On page 2, line 24, strike "(e)" and substitute "(d)".
(4) On page 3, line 27, strike "or".
(5) On page 4, strike line 1 and substitute the following:
(5) health and accident coverage provided by a risk pool created under Chapter 172, Local Government Code; or
(6) a workers' compensation insurance policy.
