Amend CSSB 672 (senate committee report) as follows:

(1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 1202.107(a), Occupations Code (page 1, line 26), between "commission" and "or", insert ", executive director,".

(2)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 1202.107(b), Occupations Code (page 1, line 33), strike "department" and substitute "executive director".

(3)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 1202.107(b), Occupations Code (page 1, line 33), between "penalty" and "in", insert "or sanction".

(4)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 1202.107(b), Occupations Code (page 1, line 35), between "commission" and "or", insert ", executive director,".
