Amend CSSB 895 (senate committee report), in SECTION 1 of the bill, by striking added Section 102.262(c), Health and Safety Code (page 1, lines 23 through 26), and substituting the following:
(c) The records of a nonprofit organization established to provide support to the institute are public information subject to Chapter 552, Government Code.
