Amend SB 1150 on third reading as follows:
(1) In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 533.0055(b)(2)(C), Government Code, after "contract", strike "and this section".
(2) In SECTION 1 of the bill, strike added Section 533.0055(c), Government Code.
