Amend CSSB 1623 (house committee printing) as follows:

(1)  On page 7, line 20, between "be" and "proportionate", insert "uniformly".

(2)  On page 7, line 21, strike "a" and substitute "each".

(3)  On page 7, line 21, between "hospital" and the period, insert "in the district".
