Amend CSSB 1708 (senate committee printing) in SECTION 1 of the bill as follows:
(1) In the heading to proposed Section 2166.554, Government Code (page 1, lines 25-26), strike "FOR CONSTRUCTION OF FACILITIES".
(2) Strike proposed Sections 2166.554(c) and (d), Government Code (page 1, lines 33-39).
