Amend CSSB 1811 (senate committee report) as follows:

(1)  In the recital to SECTION 1 of the bill (page 1, line 27) strike "(1-b),".

(2)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in amended Section 8834.001, Special District Local Laws Code (page 1, lines 35-38), strike proposed Subdivision (1-a).

(3)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in amended Section 8834.001, Special District Local Laws Code (page 1, line 39), strike "(1-b)" and substitute "(1-a)".
