| relating to electronic payment of premiums to the Texas Health | ||
| Insurance Pool. | ||
| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
| SECTION 1. Subchapter A, Chapter 1506, Insurance Code, is | ||
| amended by adding Section 1506.011 to read as follows: | ||
| Sec. 1506.011. ELECTRONIC PAYMENT OF PREMIUMS. The pool | ||
| shall establish a process for the electronic payment of premiums | ||
| for health benefit coverage provided by the pool. | ||
| SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2013. | ||
