| Relating to county chairs in primary elections. | ||
| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
| SECTION 1. PURPOSE. The purpose of this Act is to provide | ||
| direction in instances when a county chair position is not filled. | ||
| SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2013. | ||
