AN ACT
|
|
|
relating to the composition of the juvenile board of Val Verde |
|
|
County. |
|
|
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |
|
|
SECTION 1. Section 152.2391(a), Human Resources Code, is |
|
|
amended to read as follows: |
|
|
(a) The juvenile board of Val Verde County is composed of |
|
|
the county judge, [and] the district judges in Val Verde County, and |
|
|
the judge of the County Court at Law of Val Verde County. |
|
|
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2013. |
