CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
|
|
|
WHEREAS, House Bill No. 3605 has been adopted by the house of |
|
|
representatives and the senate and is being prepared for |
|
|
enrollment; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, The bill contains technical errors that should be |
|
|
corrected; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED by the 83rd Legislature of the State of Texas, That |
|
|
the enrolling clerk of the house of representatives be instructed |
|
|
to correct House Bill No. 3605 by adding the following |
|
|
appropriately numbered SECTION to the bill and renumbering the |
|
|
subsequent SECTIONS of the bill accordingly: |
|
|
SECTION ____. The amendment to Section 17.183, Water Code, |
|
|
made by this Act prevails over the amendment to that section made by |
|
|
any other legislation passed by the 83rd Legislature, Regular |
|
|
Session, 2013. |
