R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Gary and Flora Bradley of Lubbock celebrated their |
|
|
50th wedding anniversary on January 12, 2013, and they may indeed |
|
|
reflect with joy on the rewarding relationship they have shared; |
|
|
and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Gary Bradley and the former Flora Bagwell exchanged |
|
|
the vows of matrimony in Melrose, New Mexico, in 1963, and over the |
|
|
course of their marriage, they have found in each other a loving |
|
|
life partner; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Bradley are the parents of four |
|
|
children, Shauna Willbanks and her husband, Lyle, Nathan Bradley |
|
|
and his wife, Jennifer, Sherie Wittie and her husband, Mike, and the |
|
|
late Shelli Murphy; today, their family has grown to include 14 |
|
|
grandchildren, with whom they treasure sharing many special |
|
|
occasions; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, For half a century, Gary and Flora Bradley have |
|
|
brought to their marriage laughter, kindness, and devotion, and it |
|
|
is a pleasure to honor them for their enduring commitment; now, |
|
|
therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 83rd Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby congratulate Gary and Flora Bradley on their |
|
|
50th wedding anniversary and extend to them sincere best wishes for |
|
|
continued happiness; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Mr. and Mrs. Bradley as an expression of high regard |
|
|
by the Texas House of Representatives. |
