R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, The University of Texas at Dallas has been named one
  of the nation's "Best Value Colleges" by the Princeton Review; and
         WHEREAS, Chosen from 650 institutions, UT Dallas is among
  four public universities in Texas represented on the review's 2013
  list, which includes 75 public and 75 private colleges; the schools
  were judged on many criteria covering academics, cost, and
  financial aid; and
         WHEREAS, Princeton Review editors lauded UT Dallas for its
  dedication to rewarding academic achievement with financial
  support; moreover, students polled during the assessment process
  praised the institution for its affordability, academic integrity,
  and committed professors; and
         WHEREAS, The University of Texas at Dallas has enriched the
  lives of countless students by providing an excellent education for
  a moderate price, and its achievements are a source of pride to the
  Lone Star State; now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 83rd Texas
  Legislature hereby congratulate The University of Texas at Dallas
  on being named one of the nation's "Best Value Colleges" by the
  Princeton Review and extend to all those associated with the
  institution sincere best wishes for continued success; and, be it
  further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for UT Dallas as an expression of high regard by the Texas
  House of Representatives.
