R E S O L U T I O N

|
WHEREAS, Don Sims has made significant contributions to the |
|
|
communities of North Dallas County as a notable volunteer for House |
|
|
District 102; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Dedicated individuals such as Mr. Sims are integral |
|
|
to building a better district and state for our families and for |
|
|
generations to come; their efforts are part of a proud and vital |
|
|
tradition that has helped ensure that the voices of all citizens are |
|
|
heard; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, It is indeed a pleasure to take this opportunity to |
|
|
recognize an outstanding Texan who has devoted time, energy, and |
|
|
talents toward making our communities stronger, safer, more just, |
|
|
and more secure; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 83rd Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby commend Don Sims for serving as a volunteer for |
|
|
House District 102 and extend to this public-spirited individual |
|
|
sincere best wishes for the future; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Mr. Sims as an expression of high regard by the Texas |
|
|
House of Representatives. |
