R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, An inspiring couple whose lives have been enhanced |
|
|
by a great and enduring love, Jessie and Bette Bost of Greenville |
|
|
celebrated their 59th wedding anniversary on February 12, 2013; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Bost were united in matrimony in 1954; |
|
|
since that time, they have nurtured a fulfilling marriage that has |
|
|
been made even richer with the addition of their daughter, Terri |
|
|
Dooley, as well as their two grandchildren, Adam Lynch and Laci |
|
|
Boniface, and their great-grandchild, Mia Boniface; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Mr. Bost is retired from Southwestern Bell |
|
|
Telephone Company, and Mrs. Bost is retired from Citizens National |
|
|
Bank; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, While innumerable changes have taken place in the |
|
|
world during the past 59 years, this devoted husband and wife have |
|
|
remained constant in their commitment to each other, and the |
|
|
strength of their love has enabled them to meet life's challenges |
|
|
and opportunities with grace and optimism; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 83rd Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby congratulate Jessie and Bette Bost on their 59th |
|
|
wedding anniversary and extend to them sincere best wishes for |
|
|
continued happiness; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Mr. and Mrs. Bost as an expression of high regard by |
|
|
the Texas House of Representatives. |
