R E S O L U T I O N
 
         WHEREAS, Family and friends are mourning the untimely loss of
  Marcos Antonio Bazaldua of Corpus Christi, who died on January 26,
  2013, at the age of 39; and
         WHEREAS, A Corpus Christi native, Mark Bazaldua was born on
  July 16, 1973, to Esmeralda Garcia Bazaldua; he was a loving husband
  to his wife, Veronica, and a devoted father to his children, Emilio,
  Liliana, and Marcos; and
         WHEREAS, Mr. Bazaldua served as a band director for the
  Tuloso-Midway Independent School District; a passionate advocate
  for mariachi music, he performed in the group Mariachi Aguila; he
  was also a valued member of Most Precious Blood Catholic Church; and
         WHEREAS, Mark Bazaldua lived a life that was rich in the
  intangibles that matter most, and he will forever be remembered
  with admiration and affection by all who were privileged to know
  him; now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 83rd Texas
  Legislature hereby pay tribute to the memory of Marcos Antonio
  Bazaldua and extend sincere condolences to the members of his
  family: to his wife, Veronica Bazaldua; to his children, Emilio
  Soliz, Liliana Bazaldua, and Marcos Bazaldua; to his mother,
  Esmeralda Bazaldua; to his stepfather, Serapio Garcia; to his
  mother-in-law, Zulema Saenz; and to his other relatives and many
  friends; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for his family and that when the Texas House of
  Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Marcos
  Antonio Bazaldua.
