R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Dick and Maxine Anderson of Georgetown celebrated |
|
|
their 60th wedding anniversary in 2013, and they may indeed reflect |
|
|
with joy on the rewarding relationship they have shared; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Anderson met at a wedding in Oklahoma |
|
|
City, and they exchanged the vows of matrimony on February 6, 1953; |
|
|
over the course of their marriage, they have found in each other a |
|
|
loving life partner; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, For six decades, Dick and Maxine Anderson have |
|
|
brought to their marriage laughter, kindness, and devotion, and it |
|
|
is a pleasure to honor them for their enduring commitment; now, |
|
|
therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 83rd Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby congratulate Dick and Maxine Anderson on their |
|
|
60th wedding anniversary and extend to them sincere best wishes for |
|
|
continued happiness; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Mr. and Mrs. Anderson as an expression of high regard |
|
|
by the Texas House of Representatives. |
