R E S O L U T I O N

|
|
WHEREAS, Chuck Balch of Cameron has been appointed to the |
|
|
Milam County Commissioners Court to fill a vacancy in Precinct 1; |
|
|
and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Mr. Balch is a veteran welder and has operated a |
|
|
successful business for almost 30 years; he is a longtime county |
|
|
resident and a 1966 graduate of Rockdale High School, and he studied |
|
|
diesel mechanics and welding at Texas State Technical Institute in |
|
|
Waco; he is the loving husband of Kathy Balch and the proud father |
|
|
of Eric Balch and Wendy Mahan; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Local government depends on the expertise of |
|
|
dedicated and public-spirited citizens, and Chuck Balch has proven |
|
|
himself a knowledgeable and trustworthy figure in Milam County; |
|
|
now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 83rd Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby congratulate Chuck Balch on his appointment to |
|
|
the Milam County Commissioners Court and extend to him sincere best |
|
|
wishes for the future; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Mr. Balch as an expression of high regard by the Texas |
|
|
House of Representatives. |
