R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, John R. Noe, Sr., and Wanda Beth Noe of Quitman |
|
|
celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on February 15, 2013, and |
|
|
they may indeed reflect with joy on the rewarding relationship they |
|
|
have shared; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, John Noe and the former Wanda Beth Cowser exchanged |
|
|
the vows of matrimony at a ceremony held in Winnsboro in 1963, and |
|
|
over the course of their marriage, they have found in each other a |
|
|
loving life partner; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Noe have been blessed with two |
|
|
children, and over the years their family has grown to include three |
|
|
grandchildren; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, For half a century, Mr. and Mrs. Noe have brought to |
|
|
their marriage laughter, kindness, and devotion, and it is a |
|
|
pleasure to honor them for their enduring commitment; now, |
|
|
therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 83rd Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby congratulate John R. Noe, Sr., and Wanda Beth |
|
|
Noe on their golden wedding anniversary and extend to them sincere |
|
|
best wishes for continued happiness; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Mr. and Mrs. Noe as an expression of high regard by the |
|
|
Texas House of Representatives. |
