R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Jacob Turner and Haeun Moon of McLennan County were |
|
|
named champions of the River Valley Intermediate School Spelling |
|
|
Bee; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Earning top places in the contest, these outstanding |
|
|
Midway ISD students qualified to participate in the regional |
|
|
competition, held at McLennan Community College; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Jacob Turner and Haeun Moon have distinguished |
|
|
themselves through their hard work, determination, and poise under |
|
|
pressure, and they may indeed reflect with pride on a job well done; |
|
|
now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 83rd Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby congratulate Jacob Turner and Haeun Moon on |
|
|
winning the River Valley Intermediate School Spelling Bee and |
|
|
extend to them sincere best wishes for continued success; and, be it |
|
|
further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That official copies of this resolution be prepared |
|
|
for Mr. Turner and Ms. Moon as an expression of high regard by the |
|
|
Texas House of Representatives. |
