R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, The certain knowledge of a life well lived may serve |
|
to comfort those saddened by the passing of Lee Bayley of Holly Lake |
|
Ranch on February 17, 2013, at the age of 73; and |
|
WHEREAS, Lee Bayley was born to William and Eunice Bayley on |
|
May 17, 1939, in Siloam Springs, Arkansas; a veteran of the United |
|
States Army, he worked in the broadcast industry and served as a |
|
volunteer firefighter for the Holly Lake Ranch Fire Department |
|
before retiring; he was also a valued member of the First United |
|
Methodist Church in Hawkins; and |
|
WHEREAS, In all his endeavors, Mr. Bayley enjoyed the support |
|
of his wife, Jeriann Bayley; he took great pride in their two |
|
children, Stuart and Suzanne, and delighted in their grandchildren, |
|
Connor and Brendan; and |
|
WHEREAS, While the death of Lee Bayley brings great sadness |
|
to his family and friends, he leaves behind a legacy that will long |
|
be treasured by all those who held him dear; now, therefore, be it |
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 83rd Texas |
|
Legislature hereby pay tribute to the memory of Lee Bayley and |
|
extend sincere sympathy to the members of his family: to his wife, |
|
Jeriann Bayley; to his children, Stuart Lee Bayley and Suzanne |
|
Bayley Brooke; to his brother, Curt Bayley; to his grandchildren, |
|
Connor and Brendan; and to his other relatives and friends; and, be |
|
it further |
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
prepared for his family and that when the Texas House of |
|
Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Lee Bayley. |
