R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
WHEREAS, A rich and purposeful life drew to a close with the |
|
passing of Vickie Lynn Mobley of Houston on November 6, 2012, at the |
|
age of 55; and |
|
WHEREAS, A Houston native, the former Vickie Bohac was born |
|
on March 19, 1957, to Frank and Rose Bohac; she graduated from |
|
Aldine High School in 1975 and was a valued member of several area |
|
softball teams; in her leisure time, she also enjoyed playing |
|
cards, watching movies, attending Broadway performances, and |
|
traveling; and |
|
WHEREAS, She found a life partner in her husband, Michael |
|
Mobley, and the couple shared three and a half decades together; Ms. |
|
Mobley was blessed with two children, Douglas and Cynthia, and over |
|
the passing years, she took great joy in welcoming into her family a |
|
granddaughter, Mikayla; and |
|
WHEREAS, Vickie Mobley treasured the time she spent in the |
|
company of her family and friends, and those she leaves behind will |
|
in turn cherish their memories of this kind and caring woman; now, |
|
therefore, be it |
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 83rd Texas |
|
Legislature hereby pay tribute to the life of Vickie Lynn Mobley and |
|
extend sincere sympathy to the members of her family: to her |
|
husband, Michael Mobley; to her son, Douglas Mobley; to her |
|
daughter, Cynthia Huddleston, and her husband, Jeremy; to her |
|
granddaughter, Mikayla Mobley; to her sister, Theresa Bohac; to her |
|
father, Frank Bohac, and his wife, Estelle; and to her other |
|
relatives and friends; and, be it further |
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
prepared for her family and that when the Texas House of |
|
Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Vickie Lynn |
|
Mobley. |
