R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, The certain knowledge of a life well lived may serve |
|
|
to comfort the loved ones of Virginia Breazeale Hill of Houston, who |
|
|
passed away on January 3, 2013, at the age of 78; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, A native Texan, the former Ginny Breazeale was born |
|
|
in Diboll on January 11, 1934, to Frank and Cassie Breazeale; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, She married Torry Hill, Sr., with whom she shared a |
|
|
rewarding relationship for more than six decades; together they had |
|
|
two children, Torry and Virginia, and shared in the joy of welcoming |
|
|
a granddaughter and three great-grandchildren into their family; |
|
|
and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Although Ginny Hill is deeply missed, cherished |
|
|
memories of time spent in her company will long endure in the hearts |
|
|
of all those who held her dear; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 83rd Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby pay tribute to the life of Virginia Breazeale |
|
|
Hill and extend sincere condolences to the members of her family: to |
|
|
her husband, Torry Hill, Sr.; to her children, Torry Hill, Jr., and |
|
|
his special friend, Luci Hruska, and Virginia Hill and her husband, |
|
|
John Briggs; to her granddaughter, Monica Frazier, and her husband, |
|
|
Richard; to her great-grandchildren; and to her other relatives and |
|
|
friends; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for her family and that when the Texas House of |
|
|
Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Virginia |
|
|
Breazeale Hill. |
