R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, John and Beth Ann Spraberry of Lubbock are |
|
|
celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary on April 12, 2013, and |
|
|
they may indeed reflect with joy on the rewarding relationship they |
|
|
have shared; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, John Spraberry and the former Beth Ann DuBose |
|
|
exchanged the vows of matrimony in 1963, and over the course of |
|
|
their marriage, they have found in each other a loving life partner; |
|
|
and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Spraberry count among their blessings a |
|
|
fine family that includes two children, Edward Spraberry and his |
|
|
wife, Sherri, and Stacia Spraberry-Franks and her husband, Joel, as |
|
|
well as five grandchildren; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, For half a century, John and Beth Ann Spraberry have |
|
|
brought to their marriage laughter, kindness, and devotion, and it |
|
|
is a pleasure to honor them for their enduring commitment; now, |
|
|
therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 83rd Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby congratulate John and Beth Ann Spraberry on |
|
|
their golden wedding anniversary and extend to them sincere best |
|
|
wishes for continued happiness; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Mr. and Mrs. Spraberry as an expression of high regard |
|
|
by the Texas House of Representatives. |
