R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, Many lives were touched by the kindness and
  generosity of Mary Lou Trevino of Robstown, who passed away on
  September 24, 2012, at the age of 75; and
         WHEREAS, Born in Robstown on October 13, 1936, Mary Lou
  Trevino was the daughter of Crisanto and Leonides Arambides Vela;
  she worked as a cook with ISO and retired after 15 years of
  dedicated service; and
         WHEREAS, Mrs. Trevino shared a long and rewarding marriage
  with her husband, Pedro F. Trevino, Jr., and she was the mother of
  seven children, Pedro, Delia, Norma, Victoria, Oscar, Jerry, and
  Diana; she later had the pleasure of welcoming into her family 16
  grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren, and she enjoyed
  reminiscing about her younger days as a fast-pitch softball player
  while watching her grandchildren compete in sports; and
         WHEREAS, Mary Lou Trevino was a positive force in the lives of
  her friends and loved ones, and she will always be remembered with
  great admiration and affection; now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 83rd Texas
  Legislature hereby pay tribute to the memory of Mary Lou Trevino and
  extend sincere condolences to the members of her family: to her
  husband, Pedro F. Trevino, Jr.; to her children, Pedro F. Trevino
  III and his wife, Sandra, Delia Sepulveda and her husband, Omar,
  Norma Trevino, Victoria Pesina and her husband, Ernesto, and Oscar
  Trevino and his wife, Maribel; to her grandchildren and
  great-grandchildren; and to her other relatives and friends; and,
  be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for her family and that when the Texas House of
  Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Mary Lou
  Trevino.
