R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, The passing of Howard Mason, Sr., of Silsbee on |
|
|
April 5, 2013, at the age of 72, has deeply saddened all those who |
|
|
knew and loved him; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Known as "Jack" to his friends and family, Mr. Mason |
|
|
was a lifelong resident of Silsbee, where he worked as a carpenter |
|
|
until his retirement; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Although Mr. Mason will be sorely missed, he will |
|
|
long be fondly remembered by those individuals whose lives were |
|
|
touched by his affection and friendship; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 83rd Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby pay tribute to the life of Howard Mason, Sr., and |
|
|
extend sincere condolences to the members of his family: to his |
|
|
sons, Howard Jack Mason, Jr., and Brian Mason; to his daughter, |
|
|
Jackie Mason; and to his two sisters, six grandchildren, and three |
|
|
great-grandchildren; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for his family and that when the Texas House of |
|
|
Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Howard |
|
|
"Jack" Mason, Sr. |
