R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
WHEREAS, A full and generous life drew to a close with the |
|
passing of Maggie Lee Morgan Frederick of Lumberton on April 21, |
|
2013, at the age of 86; and |
|
WHEREAS, Mrs. Frederick was a native of Enloe; she was a |
|
prized employee of Schlumberger Oilfield Services, and she retired |
|
after 15 years as the company secretary; and |
|
WHEREAS, This beloved matriarch was blessed with four |
|
children, Sandra, Edward, Wynne, and Gary, and over the passing |
|
years, she served as an enduring source of inspiration and wisdom to |
|
her 11 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren; and |
|
WHEREAS, Maggie Frederick treasured the time she spent in the |
|
company of her family and friends, and those she leaves behind will |
|
in turn cherish their memories of this kind and caring woman; now, |
|
therefore, be it |
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 83rd Texas |
|
Legislature hereby pay tribute to the memory of Maggie Lee Morgan |
|
Frederick and extend sincere sympathy to the members of her family: |
|
to her children, Sandra Brumley, Edward Frederick and his wife, |
|
Nora, Wynne Frederick, Jr., and his wife, Vicki, and Gary Frederick |
|
and his wife, Debbie; to her sisters, Sara McCauley and her husband, |
|
Ken, and Cara Onken and her husband, Arthur; to her grandchildren |
|
and great-grandchildren; and to her other relatives and friends; |
|
and, be it further |
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
prepared for her family and that when the Texas House of |
|
Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Maggie Lee |
|
Morgan Frederick. |
