R E S O L U T I O N
 
         WHEREAS, Family and friends will long cherish their memories
  of Billy Jim Stark of Kirbyville, who passed away on April 6, 2013,
  at the age of 82; and
         WHEREAS, The son of Jim and Hazel Payne Stark, Billy Jim Stark
  was born on November 4, 1930, in the Fawil community in central
  Newton County; he spent nearly six decades of devoted matrimony
  with his wife, Edna Mae, and the couple were blessed with four sons,
  Jimmy, Gary, Willie, and Billy Paul, and a daughter, Cheryl; and
         WHEREAS, Mr. Stark was a heavy equipment operator with
  International Union of Operating Engineers Local No. 450 before his
  retirement; and
         WHEREAS, Those fortunate enough to have known Billy Stark
  will always remember him with great admiration and affection; now,
  therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 83rd Texas
  Legislature hereby pay tribute to the memory of Billy Jim Stark and
  extend deepest sympathy to the members of his family: to his wife,
  Edna Mae Stark; to his sons, Jimmy Stark and his wife, Rena, Gary
  Stark and his wife, Gina, Willie Stark and his wife, Cindy, and
  Billy Paul Stark and his wife, Mary; to his daughter, Cheryl Morris,
  and her husband, Kevin; to his sisters, Jimmie Lee Talley, Sybil
  Peveto, and Charlene Booth; to his grandchildren, Crystalynn and
  Travis Foster, Brent and Amber Stark, Shellie and Blake King, Darin
  and Amanda Stark, Christy and Russell Fluker, Shane and Jaquelyn
  Stark, Kasey and Marcus Carver, Brett Stark, Melanie Stark, and
  Lauren, Logan, and Layton Morris; to his great-grandchildren,
  Kyler, Brooke, Kenzie, Blaize, Kolten, Hunter, Austin, Caden,
  Adelynn, Hudson, Knox, and Riley; and to his other relatives and
  friends; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for his family and that when the Texas House of
  Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Billy Jim
  Stark.
