R E S O L U T I O N
 
         WHEREAS, A full and generous life drew to a close with the
  passing of Gary Wager of Silsbee on April 6, 2013, at the age of 79;
  and
         WHEREAS, Born in Andover, Kansas, to Elmer and Muriel Wager,
  Mr. Wager was a longtime resident of the Silsbee community; he
  honorably served his country in the United States Navy, and he
  worked for Mobil Chemical for more than four decades before
  retiring as a supervisor; and
         WHEREAS, Mr. Wager married the former Barbara Reddell, and
  the couple shared 36 years together; he was blessed with 6 children,
  and over time, his family grew to include 11 grandchildren and 6
  great-grandchildren; and
         WHEREAS, Gary Wager treasured the time he spent in the
  company of his loved ones, and those he leaves behind will forever
  carry their memories of him close in their hearts; now, therefore,
  be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 83rd Texas
  Legislature hereby pay tribute to the life of Gary Wager and extend
  sincere sympathy to the members of his family: to his wife, Barbara
  Wager; to his children, Rodney Wager and his wife, Sharon, Eric
  Lawrence and his wife, Leigh Ann, Jimmy Lawrence, Larry Lawrence
  and his wife, Melissa, Garyl Rutherford, and Debbie Burnes; to his
  brother, Bob Wager; to his grandchildren and great-grandchildren;
  and to his other relatives and friends; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for his family and that when the Texas House of
  Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Gary Wager.
