R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, The loved ones of Daniel Raymond Jacobs of Bedias |
|
|
were greatly saddened by his passing on April 23, 2013, at the age |
|
|
of 59; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, The son of Floyd and Margie Louise Knowlden Jacobs, |
|
|
Daniel Jacobs was born on September 22, 1953, in Burbank, |
|
|
California; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Mr. Jacobs served as a source of inspiration to his |
|
|
family, which included five siblings, Skip, Jeff, Karen, Kathy, and |
|
|
Linda, and as a father, he was a caring mentor to his daughter, |
|
|
Harmony, and his son, Daniel; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Those fortunate enough to have shared in the |
|
|
friendship and love of Daniel Jacobs will always remember him with |
|
|
great admiration and affection; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 83rd Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby pay tribute to the memory of Daniel Raymond |
|
|
Jacobs and extend sincere sympathy to the members of his family: to |
|
|
his daughter, Harmony Jacobs; to his son, Daniel Jacobs; to his |
|
|
father, Floyd Jacobs; to his grandchildren, Zoe Gerzasi and Emery |
|
|
Hood; to his brothers, Skip and Jeff Jacobs; to his sisters, Kathy |
|
|
and Linda Jacobs and Karen Patti; and to his other relatives and |
|
|
friends; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for his family and that when the Texas House of |
|
|
Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Daniel |
|
|
Jacobs. |
