R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, A full and generous life drew to a close with the |
|
|
passing of Wanda Young Burch of Kirbyville on April 18, 2013, at the |
|
|
age of 73; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Born on January 8, 1940, to Evelyn and Y. O. Young, |
|
|
the former Wanda Young was a native of Kirbyville, where she spent |
|
|
most of her life; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, She married Ben Burch, and the couple were blessed |
|
|
with four children, Jeffrey, Julie, Kimberly, and Tina; with the |
|
|
passing years, Mrs. Burch took great joy in welcoming into her |
|
|
family five grandchildren; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Wanda Burch treasured the time she spent in the |
|
|
company of her loved ones, and those she leaves behind will in turn |
|
|
cherish their memories of this kind and caring woman; now, |
|
|
therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 83rd Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby pay tribute to the memory of Wanda Young Burch |
|
|
and extend sincere sympathy to the members of her family: to her |
|
|
husband, Ben Burch; to her children, Jeffrey David Burch, Julie Ann |
|
|
Gerald and her husband, Billy, Kimberly Sue Eaves and her husband, |
|
|
Bunky, and Tina Dannette White and her husband, Doug; to her |
|
|
siblings, Larry Young and his wife, Becky, Linda Ellis and her |
|
|
husband, James, and Margie Branch and her husband, Ronnie; to her |
|
|
grandchildren, Joshua David World, Curtis and Waylon Eaves, Rodney |
|
|
Chad White, and Justin David Burch; and to her other relatives and |
|
|
friends; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for her family and that when the Texas House of |
|
|
Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Wanda Young |
|
|
Burch. |
