R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, A full and generous life drew to a close with the
  death of Florence Faye Stone Reeh of Carthage on April 14, 2013, at
  the age of 88; and
         WHEREAS, The former Florence Stone was born on April 27,
  1924, in Kirbyville to James and Nancy Stone; she attended Port
  Arthur College and Lamar University before completing secretarial
  training and earning certificates in finance and accounting at
  Henderson Business College; and
         WHEREAS, Affectionately known as "Noogen," she married
  Earnest Tucker, and they had two children, Nancy and Ben; following
  her husband's passing, she was fortunate to find love again with
  Douglas Reeh, and together the couple ran the Timpson & Tenaha News,
  with Mrs. Reeh serving as copublisher and editor; active in the
  local chambers of commerce, she was also a leader in the Rusk County
  Poetry Society, and she was proud to have several of her poems
  published; and
         WHEREAS, Although she is deeply missed, those who were
  privileged to share in the friendship and love of Florence Reeh will
  always remember her with great admiration and affection; now,
  therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 83rd Texas
  Legislature hereby pay tribute to the life of Florence Faye Stone
  Reeh and extend sincere sympathy to the members of her family: to
  her children, Nancy Alexander and her husband, Lynn, and Ben Tucker
  and his wife, Cindy; to her stepchildren, Kathy Dodson and her
  husband, Bobby, Daryl Reeh, and Galen Reeh and his wife, Derelyn; to
  her grandchildren, step-grandchildren, and great-grandchildren;
  and to her other relatives and friends; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for her family and that when the Texas House of
  Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Florence
  Faye Stone Reeh.
