R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, A full and generous life drew to a close with the
  passing of Jimmie Lee Talley of Kirbyville on April 17, 2013, at the
  age of 94; and
         WHEREAS, A native of Old Blox, Mrs. Talley lived most of her
  life in the Newton and Kirbyville communities, and she worked as a
  cook at Kirbyville Elementary School before retiring; and
         WHEREAS, Mrs. Talley was blessed with three children,
  Michael, Sue, and Dody, and over the passing years, she had the joy
  of welcoming six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and
  three great-great-grandchildren into her cherished family; and
         WHEREAS, Jimmie Lee Talley treasured the time she spent in
  the company of her family and friends, and those she leaves behind
  will in turn cherish their memories of her; now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 83rd Texas
  Legislature hereby pay tribute to the life of Jimmie Lee Talley and
  extend sincere sympathy to the members of her family: to her
  children, Michael Talley and his wife, Charlotte, Sue Gatlin and
  her husband, A. C., and Dody Mattair; to her sisters, Charlotte
  Booth and Sybil Peveto; to her grandchildren, great-grandchildren,
  and great-great-grandchildren; and to her other relatives and
  friends; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for her family and that when the Texas House of
  Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Jimmie Lee
  Talley.
