R E S O L U T I O N
|

|
|
WHEREAS, Words cannot adequately express the sorrow felt at |
|
|
the tragic loss of Belle Richardson of Jasper, who passed away on |
|
|
April 27, 2013, at the age of 11; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, The cherished daughter of Jonathon and Brittiany |
|
|
Richardson, Belle was a lifelong resident of Jasper, where she was |
|
|
blessed with the companionship of a sister, Bridget, and a wide |
|
|
circle of loved ones; along with spending time with her family |
|
|
members, she took joy in doting on her kittens; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, This creative and spirited young girl counted among |
|
|
her hobbies drawing, making crafts, and writing stories; her |
|
|
thoughtful and considerate nature inspired her to help others |
|
|
whenever she could, and doing so would always bring a smile to her |
|
|
face; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Although her journey on this earth ended far too |
|
|
soon, Belle Richardson left an indelible impression on the hearts |
|
|
of all those who held her dear, and the wealth of happy memories |
|
|
that she leaves behind will be treasured forever; now, therefore, |
|
|
be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 83rd Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby pay tribute to the life of Belle Richardson and |
|
|
extend deepest condolences to the members of her family: to her |
|
|
parents, Jonathon and Brittiany Richardson; to her sister, Bridget |
|
|
Richardson; to her grandparents, David and Melissa Richardson, |
|
|
David Fowler and Tommie Sue Jones, and Tammy Trotti; to her |
|
|
great-grandparents, Ernest and Christine Jourdan, Larry and |
|
|
Dorothy Richardson, and Jerry and Lola Trotti; to her uncles, Evan |
|
|
Fowler, Clint Fowler and his wife, Mariana, Jeromy Richardson and |
|
|
his wife, Christian, Kris Fowler and his wife, Jinger, and Nick |
|
|
Fowler; to her aunt, Brittney Richardson; and to her other |
|
|
relatives and friends; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for her family and that when the Texas House of |
|
|
Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Belle |
|
|
Richardson. |
