R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, May 21, 2013, is indeed a special day in the lives of |
|
|
Meghan and Steven Weller, for on this day they became the proud |
|
|
parents of a baby girl, Emily Suzanne Weller; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, This charming bundle of joy weighed 5 pounds, 11 |
|
|
ounces, and measured 19.75 inches in length when she made her |
|
|
long-anticipated and joyful arrival at St. David's North Austin |
|
|
Medical Center in Austin; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Emily's blessed birth has brought great happiness to |
|
|
her parents, her proud big sister, Larkin Marie, her grandparents, |
|
|

|
eorge Murphy and Nancy and Harvill Weller, her aunt, |
|
|
Susan Weller, her aunt and uncle, Julie and Temple Murphy, as well |
|
|
as her cousins, Evan Murphy and Jakeb Knepper; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Emily Suzanne has already won the hearts of all who |
|
|
have met her this first day, and it is indeed a pleasure to welcome |
|
|
this new native Texan so recently born into the illustrious ranks of |
|
|
the citizenry of the Lone Star State; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 83rd Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby congratulate Meghan and Steven Weller on the |
|
|
birth of their daughter and extend to Emily Suzanne Weller warmest, |
|
|
best wishes for a bright and promising future; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for the family as an expression of high regard by the Texas |
|
|
House of Representatives. |
